Key responsibilities
  • Manage and optimise paid campaigns across Google & Meta
  • Configure tracking — GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, Pinterest Tag
  • Implement call tracking solutions (WhatConverts, Nimbata, etc.)
  • Ensure accurate event tracking and conversion reporting
  • Manage email & SMS integrations with Brevo or similar
  • Support marketing automation workflows
What we're looking for
  • 2–3+ years in paid media and marketing analytics
  • Google Analytics & Ads Certification (required)
  • Strong understanding of conversion tracking & attribution
  • Experience with local businesses, salons or wellness brands preferred
  • Proven experience with marketing tag implementation
  • Strong analytical mindset, able to work independently

Are the roles fully remote? +
Yes. Both roles are 100% remote and based in India. You'll be working with a US-based team — so strong English communication and the ability to work across time zones is important.
What's the stipend for the Social Media Designer role? +
₹25,000–₹30,000 per month for a 3-month contract, starting March 2026. There is a clear opportunity for full-time conversion based on your performance during the contract.
Is a portfolio really mandatory for the design role? +
Yes — without exception. Applications without a portfolio will not be reviewed. Your portfolio must show social media design samples, short-form video work, and strong brand consistency. A link to your work is fine.
What certifications do I need for the marketing contractor role? +
Google Analytics and Google Ads certifications are required. Please include your certification links or screenshots when you apply. Experience with local businesses or salon brands is a strong advantage.
